Hello again. Today I thought I’d do a nail post following the lovely response I got to my NOTD earlier in the week. I think I would like to make this post a seasonal thing. I’ll do one each season, on my top 3 nail polishes for that time of year. Enough rambling, enjoy…

1. Barry M Gelly Nail Paint in 330 Blueberry
I used this in my recent NOTD, and I love this colour so much. It is a lovely bright/pastel blue. It goes well on most skin tones, but I think it works well at bringing out the tan in my hands (always a bonus!) The formula of these nail polishes is one of my favourites, and with a base coat, they don’t chip badly until the 3rd day or more.
2. Maybelline Colour Show in 214 Green with Envy
I love this colour so much. It is a gorgeous minty green, with such a smooth formula it is a pleasure to paint my nails with this. Although at least two coats are needed for full opacity, the nail polish doesn’t clump or glob together like some thicker ones can.
3. Barry M Gelly Nail Paint in 405 Pomegranate
I didn’t want to put two of the same brand in this post, but I couldn’t resist. This colour is absolutely beautiful, and again works well on my skin tone. I love the opacity of this formula, and like the Blueberry, it lasts quite well on my nails. The only downside to this colour is that mistakes are harder to hide 😉

I’m a huge fan of the Barry M Pomegranate Gelly Nail Paint 🙂 It really has a gorgeous colour, texture, and shine. I think I need more of those Gelly Nail Paints in my life 😉

I only own that one I’m afraid 😦 I’m living in Japan at the moment, so I can only get them when I’m back in the UK, which is probably a very good thing, actually! 😀
I really like the look of Lychee, and definitely want a closer look at all the new ones that have come out since I bought Pomegranate.

I have that Blueberry Barry M too! It’s so pretty, I’ve had it for a couple of years and always get complimented on it. Must go back and look at your NOTD now to see how you painted it on! Xx
