My Pick #3: Mascara

Hello again. I am so pleased to be back on track with my posting, and I know I should have got this up a week ago, but better late than never! If you are not familiar with this little series of mine, you can check out the intro post here, and you can check out MyPick#2 here. So let’s get going…

Best: 17 – Doll’d Up

I absolutely love this mascara. I have talked about this mascara a few times here, but I have never given it a proper review. I got this a long time ago, and I haven’t had to buy a new one yet, so it’s obviously got lasting power. This mascara is specifically aimed at curling your lashes and it does that really well. It also defines them, and it definitely gives a hint of the doll look. I love this mascara particularly because it doesn’t smudge or flake which is super important as I am busy at school and away from home for about 10 hours each day.

Worst: Rimmel – Scandaleyes Lycra Flex Mascara

I hate to put a Rimmel product on my Worst list (as I love them) but this mascara is not all that good. The wand is huge and the bristles are really soft so it is very hard to apply without getting it everywhere! It also smells quite bad. I don’t like the way it clumps and clings my lashes together. Overall, it just isn’t a very good mascara.

Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed. The next MyPick will be up next Tuesday (25th February) as usual, and it will be on Face Brushes. See you soon, Bye x
